Brian Patrick Stepanek is an American actor and voice actor, who is best known for portraying Tom Harper in the Nickelodeon comedy series Nicky, Ricky, Dicky & Dawn and voicing Lynn Loud Sr. in the Nicktoon The Loud House, a role he also portrayed in live-action. He also voiced Roger in the adult animated sitcom Father of the Pride and Nugent in the 2006 DreamWorks animated film Over the Hedge.
His multiple Disney roles include Arwin Hochauser in The Suite Life of Zack & Cody, The Suite Life on Deck, and his failed spin-off Arwin!, Coach Mackey in Hatching Pete, his own miniseries Brian O'Brian, and Mr. Kroop the bank manager in Beverly Hills Chihuahua 2. He also voiced Roboat in one episode of Shorty McShorts' Shorts, the Mathter in the Kim Possible episode "Mathter and Fervent", Officer Martin in Bolt, Mr. Slushy Burger Manager and Mr. McGillicuddy in Phineas and Ferb, and Harold Buttowski in Kick Buttowski: Suburban Daredevil. Additionally, he guest-starred in an episode of Jessie as Mr. Collinsworth.
