Trivia[]
- The segment's title and plot is a parody of the 1957 movie The Bridge on the River Kwai.
- This is originally the twentieth episode to premiere separately from its sibling segment, which had aired the previous week. Both segments were later combined, as originally intended, for all subsequent airings; though the episode order was flipped.
- Igthorn's Defeat: He and Toadwart fall into the river after Gruffi causes the stone bridge they are on to collapse.
