Building Engineer is a manager and delivery man ("Candace's Big Day" |status = Active). He was the first person to ask the "Too Young" line. He also sang Aren't You A Little Young?, a song about this running gag. He also appeared in "Phineas and Ferb Christmas Vacation!", working at the local radio station in Danville.
