Cain is a supporting character in the Disney+/Hulu original anime miniseries Phoenix: Eden17.
Background[]
Personality[]
Like any child, Cain starts off as a wide eyed and excited young boy who, due to his environment, doesn't necessarily ask for much beyond what he sees. It is only when his mother Romi goes to sleep that he starts taking the world around him seriously. Due to his immaturity, he lashes out easily and ends up pushing himself further away from what is important to him. This all changes with the arrival of the Moopy who has come to help him turn Eden into a true paradise.
Physical appearance[]
Cain starts off as a small boy with tan skin and long brown hair. He also has blue eyes. He initially wore Romi and George's leftover clothing, resulting in him wearing large clothes. As an adult, he lets his hair grow out and mainly switches to a red tank top and shorts toa adhere to the environment.
Trivia[]
- In the original manga, Cain tried to help Romi produce more children. This element was removed from the anime due to its inappropriate implications.
- Cain is obviously named after the biblical figure Cain, who is the first born of Adam and Eve.
- Adult Cain is voiced by Ryohei Kimura who was the Japanese voice of Cyclops in the X-Men film series, Peter Pevensie in The Chronicles of Narnia films, Adam Szalinski in Honey, We Shrunk Ourselves, Wade in Kim Possible, and Tyson in Percy Jackson: Sea of Monsters.
