"Caleb's Challenge" is the twenty-second episode of W.I.T.C.H. It first aired July 11, 2005.
Summary[]
Caleb, Aldarn and a few other rebels go to Meridian's mill for grain, but they get caught. Only Caleb escapes and goes to seek help from the guardians. But when Aldarn accidentally becomes hypnotized by Elyon Brown (and she doesn't know it) into signing a peace treaty, Caleb has to fight him for the position of leader.
W.I.T.C.H must leave their baking duties to Blunk (big mistake!) and goes to figure out what the deal is with this peace treaty at the Hoogong nesting grounds. They trigger a trap and almost get eaten by the Larvek hatchlings.
After W.I.T.C.H defeats them, they go to the arena to warn everybody. Caleb defeats Aldarn, not only securing his place as the rebel leader but also saving his friend.
They decide not to go to the signing of the peace treaty and instead go to the mill for the grain, believing it is a good time to infiltrate while Prince Phobos is distracted. A duplicate of Elyon returns her grudge against the rebels.
In the B-story, W.I.T.C.H must cook pancakes and cookies for the school bake sale.
