Candice Anne Rose "Candi" Milo (born January 9, 1961) is an American voice actress and singer. She has voiced various characters in many animated series, including Sweetie Pie in Tiny Toon Adventures, Ann Gora in SWAT Kats: The Radical Squadron; the titular character in Dexter's Laboratory (from Season 3 onward); Mom and Teacher in Cow and Chicken; Snap, Reggie Bullnerd, and Blocky in ChalkZone; Henrietta "Heinrich" Von Marzipan in Codename: Kids Next Door; Nora Wakeman and XJ-6 in My Life as a Teenage Robot; Zadavia, Harriet Runner, Misty Breeze, and Queen Grannicus in Loonatics Unleashed; Madame Foster and Coco in Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends; Maya Santos in Maya & Miguel; and Ophelia Ramírez in The Life and Times of Juniper Lee.
For Disney, she voiced Jacobo Jacobo in The Replacements, Thundra in the Aladdin TV series, Angelica in 101 Dalmatians: The Series and several voices in Fillmore!, The Emperor's New School, Pepper Ann, and even lent her vocal performance for Disneyland entertainment.
In 2011, she became the current voice of Yzma from The Emperor's New Groove franchise, taking over after Eartha Kitt's death 2008, voicing her for the first time in Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom. She was also the voice of Irma Lair in W.I.T.C.H. and Ms. Diaz in the Playhouse Disney series Stanley.
