"Captain Gizmo" is the first segment of the sixty-fourth episode of Jake and the Never Land Pirates. It premiered on January 17, 2014 alongside "Jake's Pirate Swap Meet", and is the first segment of the third episode in the third season.

Plot[]

Jake and his crew are tending to the tiki that conceals their hideout when a crate suddenly washes onto Pirate Island. The young pirates construct the mechanical pirate. Jake and his crew quickly take a shine to their new matey and marvel at all the things he can do while they play a game of catch. However, they aren't the only one taken by Captain Gizmo. Captain Hook decides to take the mechanical pirate for himself while he is out of the young pirate crew's sight.

Captain Hook orders Gizmo to bring him the treasure of Belch Mountain that lies deep within the volcano, which has proved to be too dangerous for Hook's bumbling crew. Gizmo does as he is told, making his way through the bowls of Belch Mountain, reaching the treasure and making his way back across a lake of lava when his power begins winding down just as Jake and his crew catch up to Hook. Using her pixie dust, Izzy rescues Captain Gizmo from the lava but before the pirates can go, Belch Mountain threatens to erupt, sealing them within the volcano. Cubby quickly winds up Captain Gizmo to rescue both Hook and the rest of the crew. Captain Gizmo is last seen back on Pirate Island with Jake and his crew as they put the doubloons they gathered in their adventure into the Team Treasure Chest.
