Captain Marvel (real name Carol Danvers) is a superhero who appears in the Marvel Rising franchise. She is the founder/mentor of the Secret Warriors.
Carol Danvers was created by Roy Thomas and Gene Colan.
Background[]
Carol was an Air Force pilot before she was abducted by the Kree and experimented on. Carol gained powers and used them to become the superhero Captain Marvel. She is a bold leader who is guided by a strong sense of duty and honor. She is tough, egotistical, and headstrong. Carol prefers to be where the action is. However, she is usually kind in normal conversations with other heroes.
Carol takes being a hero very seriously and she does not enjoy when people are on her ship without permission. She is the ultimate inspiration for the Secret Warriors, especially Ms. Marvel.
