Carly is an antagonist and one of the nighttime villains, but sometimes an anti-hero, in the television series PJ Masks. She is one of the Speedy Twins. She first appeared in the Season 5 episode "Carly and Cartoka." She is Cartoka's twin sister and the arch-enemy of Catboy.
Personality[]
- Carly, like her brother Cartoka, lives only for speed and racing. They are both constantly looking for ways to make their race car, the Flashcar, faster, even if it means traveling to other worlds and stealing parts from other vehicles. She is also very cocky about her racing skills.

- Super Speed: Even without a vehicle, Carly is much faster than a regular human.
- Driving: Carly is an excellent race car driver, and thus the one who drives the Flashcar.
Physical appearance[]
Carly is humanoid in appearance with three fingers on her hands and pointed ears. She has blue skin with orange marks on her cheeks and above her eyes. She has red eyes and black hair with a purple streak in the middle. She wears a red racing jumpsuit with black trims going down the sides of her arms and legs and around her waist (where a white trim sits atop) and chest (where a pink star-shaped logo is placed) and black boots with yellow markings and padding and lights located on each side and her knees. There is also a light located on each of her shoulders and a jetpack on her back. When driving the Flashcar, she wears a red helmet with white lightning stripes on each side and a white arrow running down the middle. Her face-concealing visor is black, on which a red electronic mouth and eyes are projected.
