"Cass" is the premiere episode of the Disney+ series Baymax!.
Synopsis[]
Hiro's Aunt Cass meets her match in Baymax when an injury threatens to keep her from running the Lucky Cat Café.
Plot[]
Aunt Cass runs the Lucky Cat Café efficiently for her loyal and friendly customers. However, while carrying a tray of dishes, she trips over a step ladder and sprains her ankle. Her cry of pain alerts Baymax who comes downstairs and assesses her injury. He forces her to rest upstairs and tells her that she would need to close the café for five to seven days. Cass does not want to disappoint her customers, so Baymax downloads information on how to run a small business. This does not ease Cass and she attaches a camera to Mochi and sends him down, only for the camera to dangle. She goes down herself and, true to her fears, sees that Baymax is performing too slowly for the customers.
Cass takes it upon herself to try and do the work around the café, but Baymax continues to stop her and send her back upstairs. During one final attempt, Cass once again trips over the step ladder and injures her ankle even more. She admits to Baymax that running the café is important to her as the customers are like family and she is afraid of them leaving her. Baymax tells her that while customers go to other places, she is irreplaceable. Baymax takes Cass down to close the café and discover that Mochi's camera still recorded the day's events. It's revealed that her customers saw the camera and made an impromptu get-well video for Cass, thanking her for her hard work while also assuring her that Baymax is improving (albeit very slowly) and that they care more about her taking the time to properly rest and heal up than anything else.
In a post credits scene, Hiro comes up to his room to discover Baymax slightly glitching from his work that day and sees that he has a plaque for "Employee of the Month".

Trivia[]
- When the series first premiered on Disney+, this episode was placed second while "Kiko" was placed first. This was later corrected.
- This episode implies that Cass inherited the café from Hiro and Tadashi's parents, as she tells Baymax that she "made a promise" to look after her family.
- Some of the customer models would later be reused as business suit people in the episode "Mbita".
