Cece Brewer is one of the main protagonists from the second season of Goosebumps. She is a debate driven young girl who anxiousness indirectly creates a monster.
Cece possesses a hint of entitlement and superiority, due to having planned out her future. Despite arguing with her brother constantly, she tries to push him into have goals like her. Her eagerness unfortunately also drives her to become very anxious and possibly self-conscious about her own skills. It is only after creating monster blood that she begins to see that her flaws are no different from her brother's and becomes more empathetic towards him and Alex, the latter of whom she begins a relationship with.

Cece, arguably, is an amalgam of Margaret Brewer from Stay Out of the Basement and Evan Ross, the original protagonist from Monster Blood. In the case of the latter, Evan finds the monster blood in a store, while Cece accidentally creates it after ingesting it and drinking kombucha.
When Cece sees a picture of Avi Pamani and exclaims that he looks attractive, she tells Alex that sexuality is a "spectrum". This implies that Cece is specifically bisexual.
