Cecelia is a character from the Disney Channel animated series Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur. She is a member of the STEM kids and an ally to Lunella Lafayette and Devil Dinosaur.

Cecelia appears in Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur. She first appeared throughout the first season in a silent capacity.
She appeared proper, and with her name revealed, in "Make It, Don't Break It!" where she, along with Anand, Eli, and Jurnee enter the RobotWarz competition with Coach Hrbek leading them. Despite all of them getting defeated by Lunella, they had to step up to take on Big Wheel when she suffers a panic attack. They get the help of Devil Dinosaur and actually manage to defeat the villain. Once Lunella recovers, she openly admits that she was impressed with them and decides to join the STEM kids full time.
She is involved in Lunella's heist plan in "In The Heist" where she reveals that she keeps a binder full of notes on heists seen in movies. She acts as a guide of sorts in aiding the STEM kids. She is seen with Eli in "Dancing With Myself" at the school dance where she openly admits that she is happy that she is dating.
Trivia[]
- Based on her behavior, and her obsessive study of heist movies, Cecelia is possibly neurodivergent. This wouldn't be too far fetched, given her intelligence.
