Charles Jesse "Charlie" Fleischer is an American stand-up comedian, actor, voice actor, writer, and musician who is best known for performing the voices of Roger Rabbit, Benny the Cab, Greasy, and Psycho in Disney/Touchstone's 1988 film, Who Framed Roger Rabbit. A Dinosaur's Story. Additionally, he took over the voice role of Boris in the sequel films, Balto II: Wolf Quest and Balto III: Wings of Change.
