Charles Fleischer (born August 27, 1950) is an American stand-up comedian, actor, voice actor, writer, and musician who performed the voices of Roger Rabbit, Benny the Cab, Greasy and Psycho in the 1988 Disney film Who Framed Roger Rabbit. After the film's success he continued to portray the four characters' voices on Roger Rabbit's Car Toon Spin. He continued to voice Roger for all the cartoon shorts, as well as Mickey's 60th Birthday (Charles himself also makes a guest appearance in the special). He also reprised the voice of Benny in the House of Mouse episode "Max's New Car". He also provided some additional voices in The Great Mouse Detective. He also played Tony in Straight Talk and a reporter in Dick Tracy.
