Charles "Charlie" Fleischer is an American stand-up comedian, actor, writer, and musician who is best known for performing the voices of Roger Rabbit, Benny the Cab, Greasy, and Psycho in Disney/Touchstone's 1988 film Who Framed Roger Rabbit. After the film's success he continued to portray the four characters' voices on Roger Rabbit's Car Toon Spin. He continued to voice Roger for all the cartoon shorts, as well as Mickey's 60th Birthday (Fleischer himself also makes a guest appearance in the special).

He also reprised the voice of Benny in the House of Mouse episode "Max's New Car". Additionally, he played Tony in Straight Talk, a reporter in Dick Tracy, and provided some additional voices in The Great Mouse Detective.

Outside of Disney, he is well-known for his film roles, such as Dr. King in A Nightmare on Elm Street, Terry in Back to the Future Part II, the Elf General in The Polar Express, Elbows in Rango, and Dweeb in We're Back! A Dinosaur's Story. Additionally, he took over the voice role of Boris in the sequel films, Balto II: Wolf Quest and Balto III: Wings of Change.
