Charles Kimbrough was an American actor and voice actor, who was best known for having played the straight-faced anchorman Jim Dial in Murphy Brown.

For Disney, he played Uncle Orrie in The Good Mother, and he provided the voice of Victor the Gargoyle in Disney's 1996 animated feature film The Hunchback of Notre Dame, and reprised his role again in its 2002 direct-to-video sequel and in the video game Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance. He also voiced Dr. Ficus in the Dinosaurs episode "Germ Warfare", Mort Chalk in Recess and Recess: School's Out, a high school teacher in Disney's English dub of Whisper of the Heart, a Brain Pod in Buzz Lightyear of Star Command: The Adventure Begins, and additional voices in Hercules.
