Charles Thomas "Charlie" Schlatter is an American actor, voice actor, and writer, who has appeared in numerous films and television series. He is probably best known for playing Dr. Jesse Travis in the CBS medical crime drama series Diagnosis: Murder and for starring in the big screen comedy series 18 Again!, opposite George Burns. He is also well-known for voicing Hoggish Greedly, Jr. in Captain Planet and the Planeteers, Griff in the SatAM version of Sonic the Hedgehog, Ace Bunny in Loonatics Unleashed, Numbuh 20,000 in Codename: Kids Next Door, the Flash in The Batman, Vertebreak in Transformers: Robots in Disguise, and Dr. Feinstein and DJ in The Loud House.
For Disney, he voiced the titular character of Kick Buttowski: Suburban Daredevil, Chino in Kim Possible, Niles in Doc McStuffins, Young Howard Stark in Avengers Assemble, Mr. Frisky in Brandy & Mr. Whiskers, and the titular character of the pilot episode of Jimmy Two-Shoes. He also played Johnny Wolfe in the Touchstone Pictures film Heartbreak Hotel.
