Cheryl Ann "Cheri" Oteri is an American comic actress, best known for her roles as a cast member on Saturday Night Live from 1995 to 2000. She also voiced Sleeping Beauty in DreamWorks' Shrek the Third and Doreen Nickle in The Ant Bully.
For Disney, she played Mayor Wilson in Inspector Gadget, Princess Lavina in Hercules, Ms. Folkemburg in Jessie, Dibblex in Miles from Tomorrowland, and Gingersnaps in The 7D.
