Choir is an American docuseries that premiered on Disney+ on January 31, 2024. The series follows Anthony White and the Detroit Youth Choir as they prepare for the performance of a lifetime at Carnegie Hall, though face conflict as only fifty members can go. It also focuses on the ups and downs of growing up in Detroit.

Choir follows the kids of the Detroit Youth Choir as they prepare for the performance of a lifetime. Through their eyes, we experience the highs and lows of life growing up in Detroit, navigating the challenges of balancing family, school, and athletics, all while pursuing their dreams of taking their talents to the next level and performing on one of the world's biggest stages. Following their 2019 appearance on America's Got Talent, it's a pivotal time for the choir and its director, Anthony White, as he's faced with the combined challenges of replacing several key members, keeping the choir relevant in Detroit, and finding the next big opportunity that will put them back in the national spotlight.[1]

On October 15, 2020, Variety reported that Blumhouse Television was developing a docuseries about Anthony White and the Detroit Youth Choir.[2]
On February 18, 2021, Variety reported that Disney+ had acquired the series.[3]
Release[]
On December 12, 2023, it was announced that the series would consist of six episodes, and that all of them would debut on Disney+ on January 31, 2023. A poster and synopsis was also released.[1]
On January 8, 2024, the official trailer for the series was released.[4]
