Christopher "Chris" O'Dowd is a Irish actor. He is probably best known for his role as Miles Daly in the Epix comedy series Get Shorty and Roy Trenneman in the Channel 4 comedy series The IT Crowd. He also voiced Grub the snail in the 2013 Blue Sky film Epic.
For Disney, he played Richard in Thor: The Dark World and voiced Shamus in Mary Poppins Returns.

Trivia
- Chris O'Dowd was originally going to be the voice of Tigger in Disney's live-action film, Christopher Robin, but during a screen test, audiences reacted negatively on how he voiced the character so he stepped down late in the film's production and Jim Cummings, who also voiced Pooh in the film, replaced him.
