Chris Phillips is an American voice actor, songwriter, singer, and producer who is best known for his voice roles in various Rockstar video games such as Marty Chonks and El Burro in Grand Theft Auto III and his role in Max Payne.
For Disney, he voiced Roger Klotz, Boomer Bledsoe and Larry the A.V. Nerd in the Disney version of the TV series Disney's Doug and in Doug's 1st Movie, replacing Billy West. He also voiced Ernest Otter, Munchy Beaver and Walter Raccoon in PB&J Otter.
