Arthur Christopher Orme Plummer, CC is a Canadian actor, who is best known for his role as Captain von Trapp in The Sound of Music.

For Disney, he voiced Charles F. Muntz in the 2009 Disney/Pixar film, Up and the narrator of the Madeline franchise and played John Adams Gates in National Treasure and Mr. Massie in the 2003 Touchstone Pictures film, Cold Creek Manor. He also did the narrator in the Winnie the Pooh franchise.
