Ciara Renée Harper, better known as Ciara Renée, is an American actress and musician. For Disney, she played Esmeralda in the musical The Hunchback of Notre Dame at La Jolla Playhouse and Paper Mill Playhouse and Elsa in the musical Frozen.
Renée was born and raised in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania and attended Central Dauphin East High School before graduating with a degree in Music Theatre from Baldwin Wallace University in 2013.
She soon made her way to New York City where she appeared in productions of Big Fish, Pippin, The Wrong Man, Waitress, Tick, Tick... Boom!, and a workshop production of Lin-Manuel Miranda's Hamilton. Her television credits include Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, The Big Bang Theory, Your Honor, but she is known for her role as Kendra Saunders/Hawkgirl on the CW's DC comics television universe which includes The Flash, Arrow, and Legends of Tomorrow.
