Cliff Binder is Amanda's husband and Kenny's father in Ernest Scared Stupid.
Role in the film
Cliff is the Sheriff of Briarville, Missouri. He punishes for whatever Kenny plans with Ernest. He does not believe in trolls until Trantor and other trolls attack Briarville's citizens near the tree house. Kenny eventually becomes one of Trantor's wooden dolls after the trolls disappeared forever when Ernest, Mike Murdock and other children either squirted or poured milk at them. After Ernest defeats Trantor, he and Amanda reunite with Kenny who is a normal person once again.
