Cloak and Dagger are Marvel Comics characters who appear in the 2017 animated series Spider-Man. They are a pair of young superheroes, who gained their powers from experiments conducted by Alchemax and Tiberius Stone. Cloak has the power to control darkness while Dagger can control light.
Cloak and Dagger were created by Bill Mantlo and Ed Hannigan.
