One year later after Chicken Little gets into trouble in school, Little sits on the rooftop and wishes to become a baseball player just like his father. Feeling satisfied after hitting his first baseball after training hard, Chicken Little is suddenly struck by a hexagonal object in which he calls his friends Abby, Runt, and Fish about something unusual what fell from the sky. Suddenly when Fish interacts with the object, he ends up getting abducted as Chicken Little, Abby, and Runt plan to rescue Fish from the aliens.
It is unknown if the Cluck's Residence is attacked by aliens or not since during the end of the film, the aliens restore everything damaged during the alien invasion, so it is presumed that the home remains undamaged or not.
