CookieTown is the main location of the Silly Symphony The Cookie Carnival. It is entirely made up of candy and is primarily inhabited by people also made of candy and it's completely edible. The materials of this land are easy to manipulate by their inhabitants, as the Hobo Cookie manages to create a dress out of various candies and ingredients he found in the town's slums.
The Cookie Carnival[]
The cookie carnival is a special event hosted in this town. The carnival begins with a special event named "Beauties on Parade", where various sweet ladies are shown and compete to become the cookie queen, who are judged by three cookie judges. Once the judges decide who deserves to become the cookie queen, they send the winner to the throne where she can choose which suitor will be her king, either by deciding one pre-selected by the judges from a carousel of different vaudeville acts, said judges in case she rejects all the pre-selected suitors or at will, as the Sugar Cookie Girl demonstrates by choosing the Hobo Cookie as her desired partner. The festivities reach their climax when both King and queen are selected and a big party is hosted.
