"Country Side" is the first segment of the seventy-first episode of Big City Greens.
Synopsis[]
Cricket shows Remy the fun of country life, Tilly seeks new sleeping arrangements.
Plot[]
Cricket and Remy talk all night and well into the morning, reminiscing on their past adventures. When Remy postulates that their adventures are over because they are in the country, Cricket is shocked and tells Remy that there is plenty of stuff to find that is fun. Cricket makes it his goal to show Remy all the amazing things to do in the country, which he takes to, but upon throwing a can of worms from Good Ol' Joe at Bill, Cricket earns the ire of his father and he chases after the boys. Meanwhile, Tilly finds it distracting to room with Cricket and Remy and opts to find a new living arrangement in the house, but her choices are limited to small cramped spaces.
Cricket and Remy continue to outrun Bill and even cause physical harm or injury to him. While Cricket is having fun, Remy is becoming more tense and afraid of Bill. The two of them end up hiding in the farm house where Bill breaks through the floor to capture the boys. Overcoming his fear, Remy swings to Cricket's rescue, only for them to get caught by Bill anyway. Tilly tries to live in Bill's closet, much to his annoyance, before moving into the chicken coup, getting kicked out and trying to live in the RV's cupboard. Nancy finally takes Tilly to an empty room in the house and Tilly admits that she was nervous about having her own room. Nancy gives her the confidence to try something new.
Tilly moves into her brand new room and settles in, only to realize that she does not know where Saxon is, but puts it out of her mind for the time being. Bill boards up Cricket and Remy in their room where the latter admits that while he was unsure about life in the country, he is glad that he got to see that there is plenty of fun to be had. He tells a down Cricket that even though they are grounded, they can still have fun and proceed to throw a pillow fight with one another. Bill attempts to get them to stop and tells them that being grounded is not fun, but Cricket and Remy have such a good time that he finally gives up.

- Good Ol' Joe makes a return in this episode since his first appearance in "Friend Con".
- The ending of this episode foreshadows "Homeward Hound".
- This is the first episode to feature the country-themed title sequence.
- Cricket gets grounded for the first time since "Space Chicken", as well as it's Remy's first time being grounded.
- Unlike said episode where Cricket was the one that gets punished, Remy is also grounded with Cricket.
- Moral:
- Anything can be fun, as long as you pour your heart into it.
- While it's always nice to share a room with someone you love, there's always a little wiggle room for a little privacy.
