Gabby Gomez and her family visit Coba, Mexico where they meet the famous luchador and Gabby's uncle, Sol Azteca, who takes them to his wrestling training camp inside an ancient Mayan pyramid. There Gabby uncovers hidden connections within herself and her Mexican heritage. She also discovers the chicozapote tree that the Mayans and Aztecs used for GUM! When the infamous luchador,the Underhander, threatens to steal a sacred artifact, The Jade Jaguar, Gabby and Rico quickly slam into trouble. Will Gum Girl be able to bounce her way to safety-or will she be stuck for good?
