The Dahl Engineering Corridors (or D.E.C.) are underground passageways beneath the Cartoon Wasteland. When the projector screens started malfunctioning and shut down, the Gremlins constructed them as an alternate means of getting around. The tunnels themselves are crafted from a number of Disney memorabilia. The entrances can usually be found close to a projector screen.

Trivia

• The tunnels are named after Roald Dahl, who is the creator of the Gremlins.
• The corridors may have been inspired by the Utility Corridors, the network of tunnels that run underneath the Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World.
• The D.E.C. replaces Mickeyjunk Mountain from the first game, since both are made from Disney media from over the years, and the mountain has become unsafe to visit since the quake.
