David Scott "Dave" Foley is a Canadian actor, stand-up comedian, director, producer, and writer. He voiced Flik in A Bug's Life, Terry Perry in Monsters University, Wayne in Prep & Landing and its sequels, and played All American Boy in Sky High. He also reprised the role of Flik for cameos in Toy Story 2 and Cars.
