David Scott "Dave" Foley is a Canadian-American actor, voice actor, stand-up comedian, director, producer, and writer. He is best known for starring in the Canadian sketch comedy The Kids in the Hall, and for his role as Dave Nelson on the NBC sitcom NewsRadio. He also voiced Francis Grey in The Batman.

For Disney, he voiced Flik in A Bug's Life and its video game, Terry Perry in Monsters University, a Priest in Lilo & Stitch: The Series, and Wayne in Prep & Landing and its sequels. He also played a Grocery Store Clerk in Three Men and a Baby, Chris in the 1994 Buena Vista Pictures film It's Pat, and Jonathan Boy in Sky High. He also reprised the role of Flik for cameos in Toy Story 2 and Cars.
