David Suding was an animator at Walt Disney Animation Studios from 1955-1999.
Born in California, Suding graduated from high school in Burbank while accepting a job at Disney Animation. He began his career as an in-between artist on Lady and the Tramp and Sleeping Beauty while briefly attending junior college to study art. He graduated to commercial work, then to shorts related to Donald Duck, then tried out for features. Throughout the years, Suding contributed to features such as The Jungle Book, The Rescuers, The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh, The Great Mouse Detective, The Little Mermaid, Beauty and the Beast, Aladdin, The Lion King, Pocahontas, Hercules, and Mulan.
Suding retired in 1997 and lives in Laguna Beach.
