David Lengel is an American character actor. He primarily acts on television in shows, such as Everybody Hates Chris, Criminal Minds, House, iCarly, 90210, Private Practice, Dexter, Masters of Sex, House of Lies, Scorpion, Henry Danger, NCIS, Superstore, and Adam Ruins Everything.
For Disney, he played Lou Scoopmaker in Bizaardvark and Harold Proctor/"Phil Jones" in WandaVision and Agatha All Along. He also portrayed Director Kim in Raven's Home, a boat tourist in Jungle Cruise, and Mr. Barnett in Just Beyond. Additionally, he played Mr. Davis in the ABC series Dr. Ken and appeared in the Hulu miniseries Pam & Tommy as Tony.
