David Ogden Stiers (born October 31, 1942) is an American actor and voice artist. He was both Cogsworth and the Narrator in Beauty and the Beast, Governor Ratcliffe and Wiggins in Pocahontas, Fenton Q. Harcourt in Atlantis: The Lost Empire, Mr. Jolly in Teacher's Pet, and Jumba in Lilo & Stitch and its sequels, Gryzlikof in Darkwing Duck, Mr. Jolly in Teacher's Pet and the Archdeacon from The Hunchback of Notre Dame. He also voiced Doc in Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep.
