Dean Eugene Higgins is a character from a trilogy of films, beginning with The Computer Wore Tennis Shoes, followed by Now You See Him, Now You Don't and The Strongest Man in the World. He is the long suffering Dean of Medfield College, and often his own worst enemy when he finds himself or the college in a bad situation.
