Delia is a 16-year-old girl who is best friends with Lindy, Jasmine, Logan, and Garrett and has known the four since third grade in the early 2000s and they are inseparable.

Delia is a lovable, eccentric person. She is very outspoken and if there's something that shouldn't be said out loud, she will go ahead and say it anyhow.

Delia and her are best friends. In The Pilot, she was jealous that Delia already had four boys and Jasmine has none In the same episode, Jasmine tells Delia that Lindy took her job as a hostess.
