"Devil on Her Shoulder" is the thirteenth episode of the Disney Channel and Marvel Animation series Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur.
Synopsis[]
Feeling insecure about his size, Devil convinces Lunella to create a potion to make him temporarily small.
Plot[]
Devil begins to have problems feeling big, especially when he and Lunella fail to catch Rockin' Rudy for the third time. Casey arrives at the base to tell them about the release of Droom v. Torg: Dawn of Destruction. The two are excited until they realize that Devil cannot come because of his size. Wishing that Devil was small enough to enter a theater, Lunella suddenly gets the idea to create a "tincture of tininess" using a liquid formula that she can apply to Devil. Despite Casey's concerns, Lunella creates the formula and it works, making Devil roughly human size. To hide him from the public, they paint him green so that he looks like Droom from the movie.
The trio head out and enjoy the movie together. Afterwards, Devil insists on doing more things to knock off his bucket list and they go around town watching Devil partake in various activities. When he insists on playing in a children's play pin, Lunella remarks that they are too big for that. Back at the lab, Devil sneaks another bit of serum to become even smaller and sneaks away. Lunella and Casey quickly find out and find him, only to learn that he is still shrinking. Panicked, Lunella and Casey use social media to find Dr. Bill Foster and tell him about their predicament. He sends them a growth formula that is only theoretical, but warns them that they need to use it or else Devil will shrink forever.
At that moment, the real Torg appears in the city to complain about his film depiction and Lunella is forced to feed the formula to Casey and Devil while she battles Torg. The formula is a success and Devil returns to his size and battles Torg, only for the two of them to get stuck in a pair of structures. Torg admits that he was sad because he was told that he will always be a villain because of his size, but Devil comforts him. They become friends and despite Lunella suggesting that she can tamper with the formula more, Devil is happy with his size. Casey puts together a movie for the entire L.E.S. to watch about Devil and Torg's friendship, with the two in attendance.
