"Diamond Dogs" is the thirty-fourth episode of 101 Dalmatian Street. It premiered on Disney Channel UK on February 4, 2020 and on Disney XD in the United States on June 21, 2021[1].
Synopsis[]
Dolly and Dylan panic when Dorothy appears to have stolen Clarissa's new collar, so they plan to sneak into Clarissa's house to return the collar.
Plot[]
The Dalmatians come to the park where Clarissa is showing off her new pink diamond collar which she claims is expensive. Dorothy walks up to her and sneezes, resulting in Clarissa insulting the young puppy. Dylan and Dolly decide to get back at her by calling for "dinner" and having all the Dalmatians run over Clarissa and her friends. Later, while in the backyard, Dolly & Dolly still overhear Clarissa still gushing about her collar. Dylan then notices, much to his horror, that Dorothy is chewing on Clarissa's collar. While Dolly is humored by the situation, the two overhear Clarissa vowing vengeance if anyone ever took her collar. Concerned about Dorothy, Dolly suggests pulling a "reverse heist" to get the diamond collar back into Clarissa's house before she notices it is missing.
Dylan and Dolly recruit the Canal Crew to aid them in planning, and making a distraction to scare Clarissa and Hugo out of their house. Dylan and Dolly then have Diesel dig a tunnel into the house while the Dimitri Trio act as lookouts, albeit poorly as they cause a mess. Dylan and Dolly sneak through the house and reach the security room. The two try to figure out the security code for the door, before Dolly just gets Diesel to ram the door, opening it up. Once inside the security room, Dolly dodges surveillance cameras and light detectors until she reaches the chest for the collar. Dolly opens the chest, only to find that the collar is still in there and, in the confusion, accidentally triggers the alarms.
Dylan and Dolly see that the Dimitri Trio have blocked their exit, having shoved everything in to the hole as a way of "tidying up", and they are all forced to hide. Hugo and Clarissa come back with Clarissa looking to see that her collar is still there. Pearl and an officer come by to check. As Clarissa comes out to talk to Pearl, she realizes that she has a similar diamond collar attached to her harness, and sees how everyone has one, too. Upon realizing that her collar is a mass produced product, she attacks Hugo. In a flashback, Dorothy is revealed to have been given her necklace by a generous Stanislav, who was selling them to begin with.
Dylan realises that the entire reverse-heist was pointless, but Dolly, Diesel & the Dimitri Trio assure him that it's the journey that counts, as Dorothy gnaws on her collar.
