Diego Peña is a character from the Disney Channel series, Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur. He is the city council president of the New York City's Lower East Side.

Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur[]
Diego Peña made his debut in "Like Mother, Like Moon Girl", where he was first seen awarding Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur with Community Captain medals. He later calls Moon Girl to the city council where he introduces her to Marty and Marcy Muzzler. They plan to change the L.E.S. to be better and while Moon Girl is reluctant she agrees to make changes to improve the community. Moon Girl later confronts Peña and the Muzzlers about the recent cease and desist orders and demands them to be dropped. However, Peña refuses as the Muzzlers are donating a lot of money and admits that Community Captain is just a title and that she has no power. Moon Girl, then teams up with the community to fight back against the Muzzlers after they cancel their block party, with Peña finally stands up for himself and joining the community. Peña then help the heroes during the battle against the Muzzlers by distracting the villains and celebrated with the rest of the community when they were defeated.
