Dina Louise Spybey-Waters is an American actress. She is probably best known for her role as for her role as Tracy Montrose Blair on the TV show Six Feet Under.
She is the wife of director and producer Mark Waters.
For Disney, she played Emma in the 2003 spooky comedy The Haunted Mansion and Dottie Robertson in the 2003 remake of Freaky Friday (which was directed by her husband).
