Trivia[]

  • This show marked the only appearances of Utility Belt Buzz Lightyear, Wheezy, Al McWhiggin, and Stinky Pete to date.
  • This was the first Toy Story production where Slinky is voiced by Blake Clark replacing Jim Varney who died in 2000.
  • In the original film, Slinky found Woody's hat that was got by Buster. These events are flipped around in this show, as Slinky found Woody's hat in the Yard Sale.
  • The plotpoint with Woody's ripped arm was cut from the show most likely so the skater doesn't play as Woody with one arm active
  • In the movie, in Al's Spaceland scene, when Rex meets New Buzz by mistaking him with Andy's Buzz, New Buzz goes with Rex to Al's office to find out where Woody is. In the ice show, when Rex finds out where Woody really is, he goes to warn New Buzz by mistaking him with Andy's Buzz, so he goes with Rex to the apartment to rescue Woody.
  • In the apartment scene, while Buzz proves he's the real Buzz by showing Andy's name on the bottom of his boot, in the ice show, he proves he's the real Buzz by saying he knows the laser is a light bulb.
  • The Elevator scene is revised in this version;
    • Unlike the movie, Zurgbots appear to get Buzz besides in Zurg's Planet scene.
    • In the movie, New Buzz battles Zurg. In the ice show, Andy's Buzz battles Zurg with the help of Rex.
  • In the scene where the toys cross the street, the truck carrying a large concrete pipe is replaced with a toothpaste truck that spurts out a large amount of toothpaste when it crashes.
  • George Gershwin's "Rhapsody in Blue" is used in the scene where the toys cross the street.
  • According to the skater who played Woody the reason why Woody and Jessie skated without their hats on is because the masks and hats were very heavy together
