  3. I don't think he's ready to be an admin; I think that an admin-to-be should, long before his promotion, welcome and get to know users first. I've never seen that of him (as since I became a Wikian) and an admin should be open and friendly and welcoming. I joined in September 2013, and I've never seen him on Chat (that makes me uncertain, because then you don't know what they're really like) and I often had been on Chat all day everyday (so to me, he's very much inactive, and wiki editing is excluded in that obviously). Every user who is an admin on this wiki has gone to Chat, and a lot of them are most often on Chat. I think there are too many admins currently, which have all been doing great jobs.  I have nothing against Doof, he makes great edits and is a friendly guy to talk to, but I don't think we need him to become admin yet.  If a current Admin drops out or leaves the wiki, then it might be worth considering Doof for admin, but for now it seems like the wiki's doing good enough to not need another Admin.
