Miss Doctor is a character who appears in the 2020 Disney/Pixar animated feature film, Soul. She is a doctor whom Joe Gardner encounters in his room at a hospital in New York City.
Background[]
This woman serves as a doctor as her name implies. She is shown to check on patients who are in need when they are in the hospital. However, what she doesn't notice is the souls of Joe Gardner and 22 being in the bodies of Mr. Mittens and the real Joe respectively which she actually hears Mr. Mittens making cat noises as well as Joe's natural voice.

When Joe Gardner and 22's respective souls land on the bodies of Mr. Mittens and the real Joe respectively, Joe (who is controlling Mr. Mittens) tells the doctor to help get the real Joe get his real voice which the doctor herself only hears Mr. Mittens' meowing and when real Joe (who is controlled by 22) asks her for help, she thinks that Joe has side effects to which as she, her fellow worker, and a cat lady listen, the doctor. Hearing the discussion, the doctor asks Joe if there is anyone she can call, which Joe tells him that there isn't anyone for her to call, explaining that she will be at Joe's room for observation for a while while Mr. Mittens can go for his next appointment, telling Joe to get some rest so that he would feel better. As the doctor, her fellow worker, and the cat lady leave, Mr. Mittens and Joe manage to escape the hospital without getting seen by the doctor. Although the same doctor makes no further appearances after that, Joe manages to return to his own body throughout the events of the film while 22 manages to adapt her new life on Earth with an Earth Pass she recently obtained.

- Joe Gardner's doctor has a striking resemblance to Principal Arroyo. It is likely that she uses the same body model as her.
