Dominic Gerard Francis Eagleton West is a British actor, voice actor, musician, and director. He is best known for his roles as Jimmy McNulty in the HBO drama The Wire from 2002 to 2008 and Noah Solloway in the Showtime drama The Affair from 2014 to 2019. He also played Jerus Jannick in Star Wars: The Phantom Menace.
For Disney, he played Fred Casely in the 2002 Miramax film Chicago and Sab Than in the 2012 film John Carter. He also voiced Rudder in the 2016 Disney/Pixar film Finding Dory.
