"Don't Rain on Justin's Parade – Earth" is the fortieth episode of Wizards of Waverly Place.
Synopsis[]
When Justin attempts to use magic to make his mentor Baxter Knight's weather predictions come true, he angers Mother Nature and winds up with his own personal rain cloud. Meanwhile, Alex partners up with Mr. Laritate as Deputy Russo and suddenly turns "good". Justin asks her for help, and the two are lectured by Mother Nature on the importance of helping the environment.
