"Don't Stop 'Til You Get the Phone" is the 17th episode of the second season of Hannah Montana. The title is a parody of the Michael Jackson song "Don't Stop 'Til You Get Enough".
Miley has the O-phone, but they just came out with the brand new Z-phone. So Miley wants her dad to buy her a Z-phone, but he won't let her get it. Nevertheless, Miley (as Hannah) tells Traci that she has it. Miley figures that as soon as Traci finds out that Hannah doesn't have that phone, she's gonna tell everybody. So Miley gets Lilly to take an embarrassing paparazzi picture of Hannah to sell to a tabloid to get the money to buy a Z-phone.
Unfortunately, the picture shows a necklace that says 'Miley'. The girls realize that the photo accidentally reveals Miley's secret that she is Hannah Montana, but they already gave it to the Magazine guy. Miley and Lilly make a deal with the magazine guy that they will trade an embarrassing picture of Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson for the Hannah Montana picture.
Miley and Lilly go to The Rock's hotel room pretending to be his "complimentary mani-pedi, hair and facial specialists". Reluctantly he lets the girls in his room where they proceed to give him lipstick, manicures, clip-on earrings, eye shadow, and curlers before taking his picture with a digital camera. As they leave to take the picture to the tabloid Miley has second thoughts because she herself is haunted by the paparazzi all the time. Miley shows "The Rock" the picture before giving him the memory card, apologizing. "The Rock" then helps Miley to get the picture back from the tabloid guy by holding him upside down.
In the subplot, Jackson gets sunburned after participating in a shirts and skins beach volleyball match and doesn't want Robby to find out.
