Don is the guide of the city hall of Danville. He is very enthusiastic, but also rather strict. He believes he is an alien sent to help uninformed citizens in need. When Candance talks about him, Jeremy describe Don to be a 'Fixture' around City Hall. He is then seen running off with the Dog Sensor Helmet and Deed to the Tri-State Area, proclaiming himself Ruler.
