Donald Jay "Don" Rickles was an American stand-up comedian, actor, singer, author, and voice artist, known especially for his insult comedy. He was also known for his special guest role on The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson and Late Show with David Letterman. Some of his most prominent film roles include Run Silent, Run Deep as Quartermaster 1st Class Ruby, Kelly's Heroes as Staff Sergeant "Crapgame", and Quest for Camelot as Cornwall.

For Disney, he voiced Mr. Potato Head in the Pixar Toy Story franchise, the Boss in Redux Riding Hood, and William in the former Walt Disney World attraction The Enchanted Tiki Room (Under New Management). He also guest-starred in Muppets Tonight in Episode 205, alongside Coolio.

Rickles had signed up to reprise his role in Toy Story 4, but died before recording any dialogue, a month before his 91st birthday. Despite his passing, he reprised his role through unused, pre-recorded dialogue from previous Toy Story media.[1] The film is dedicated to him, along with Adam Burke (who passed away in October 2018).
