Donald Duck & Co is a Norwegian weekly Disney comics magazine published by Egmont. It is the most popular comic book in Norway. The first issue was published in December 1948. In it's early years the magazine was published monthly. As of 1959 it has been published weekly. The comic is published in Denmark and Sweden as well and often feature characters specifically created by Carl Barks for his Donald Duck comics, as well as more obscure characters, such as the Donald's superhero alter ego, the Duck Avenger (Paperinik in Italian).
Most of characterizations of already established characters, for instance ones created or fleshed out by Carl Barks, have followed their original concepts rather much. For instance, Donald Duck is often portrayed as being lazy, out of a job, in debt with Uncle Scrooge etc., the way Barks depicted him, but also retains the more positive qualities Barks gave him and the rest of the Duck/Calisota universe, including being able to speak fluently (in text form), having a big heart and an expansive life with his family and friends.
There has been some Donald Duck & Co. comics by Don Rosa.
